Guerrero Viejo was founded on October 10,1750. It was sacrified to bring prosperity to Mexico and
to the United States with the construction of Falcon Lake and the two hydro-electric plants. Guerrero viejo is an authentic
ghost town, it was under water for some decades and the Cathedral and the Square stay standing. It's a mythical place,
mystery and magic surround its history. Since I was a child I often visit Guerrero Viejo. My grandparents and my father tell
me their memories and I travel in time with them to their beautiful and unforgettable Guerrero.

Nueva Ciudad Guerrero was founded on October 14, 1954. I's a clean and peaceful city, its citizens
mainly live from the cattle and fishing industry.
If you visit Guerreo, you will see children riding bicycles and playing in the parks. They go to
their shools walking in little groups. Like I said, it's a peaceful city.
Tourist are always welcome in Guerrero, they can enjoy a picnic in the Falcon Lake's shores, vistit
the good restaurants avialable in the city or practice hunting and fishing. Some anglo-americans own houses in Guerrero,
they come often to town.
Now we are in my American side. So, Welcome to Roma, Texas. I was born in this city and it was founded
in 1765.
Oblates fathers founded a mission in the 1850's and they named the city as Roma.
